Refunds and Returns

Refunds and Returns Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. The cost of bespoke products will not be refunded unless faulty. You should get a refund within 14 days of return to our premises and suggest you use a tracked service to provide evidence of return. A reduction (or no refund) may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you damaging the product before return. Unfortunately, we’ve had a number of customers who have attempted to return items that have not been provided by us or even damage the products in order to claim a refund. As a result (and we know it’s the minority spoiling it for the majority) we now use CCTV as items are packed. In addition all our goods are security marked or have unique manufacturing identifiers. If an item has been damaged in transit please supply photographs of the packaging as that then enables us to claim the costs of this. Refunding the cost of delivery We will refund the basic delivery cost of getting goods to you. If goods are faulty we will reimburse the cost of returning it to us. We will not refund goods until they are returned to us. Delivery We aim to get products out the same day when goods are ordered by 2pm Monday to Friday. Goods ordered after this time will be despatched the next working day. If you haven’t received your goods in reasonable time please let us know and we will try our very best to help. All our goods are posted using a recorded system, for your peace of mind and ours. If for any reason goods are out of stock we will let you know as soon as possible. You will be given the option to cancel. Remember, we are human and occasionally make mistakes. When we do we will try and rectify it as soon as possible, please help us to help you!
