If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the delivery address on PayPal is the actual delivery address. We will only send goods to the address given on your PayPal. If the addresses are different, before we send your items one of our staff will contact you. This is to ensure we send the items to the correct address.

If you are paying by Card, we will send your items to the address given on our Website.

If you are not happy with your products you receive for any reason first of all, please contact us, from time to time we do make mistakes but always fix them as quickly and effectively as we can.

We will always inform you of your Tracking Number by email. Please contact us if you do not receive it. We are not open Public and Bank Holidays or weekends. We process all orders the first day back
