Delivery

Free delivery is for UK Mainland Only. For anywhere else, please see postage prices at Checkout or contact us prior to ordering for a quote. Items ordered before 2:30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Any orders made after this time will be dispatched the following working day. All items are sent using a tracked and recorded service to protect buyers and ensure that goods are received promptly. You will always be informed of your Tracking Number by email but feel free to give us a call if you do not receive it. Please note, we are not open Public and Bank Holidays so all orders will be processed the first working day back.

We ship to most countries worldwide however, they are a few that we do not accept orders from.
The countries we do not accept are:

• Russia
• Mexico
• South Africa
• Brazil

We also cannot ship any goods to any addresses with PO Box.

If you live in the UK but not the Mainland, for example; Northern Ireland, Isle of Man etc. please contact us prior to ordering for additional postage prices as couriers apply a surcharge for remote and off-shore areas. Orders made without contacting us prior or additional postage costs paid, will be refunded and the order will be cancelled.

When placing an order, our website will ask you for your delivery address. If paying by card, we will send the goods to the address given via our website. However, if you make payment via PayPal, we will only send your items to the address given on your PayPal. Please ensure that the delivery address on your PayPal is correct prior to ordering.
